Whale-way engine

Remember this dude?  He and some other homemade Pokemon pals had fun racing the Boy down our drive this morning in assorted vehicles (this engine, plus various dumper trucks, scooters and skateboards). 

We've flown a kite, played badminton and ball games in the yard, in the street and down at the town park, and generally enjoyed our Sunday.  The Man and I also got up to Thacher Park to see this waterfall - all but the central spout is still frozen, like an ice-palace.  Can you spot the Man somewhere in the picture?

It was great to be outside today - blue skies and sunshine and a real feeling of Spring in the air.  As it should feel on the first day of Spring (the vernal equinox occured here at 7:21pm).  So just guess what's in the forecast for tomorrow...
