Hat trick

Yesterday brought another light dusting of snow.  Today we've been back into well-below-freezing temperatures.  But this morning, getting ready for school, the Boy explained to me that in view of the date he would not be wearing his balaclava anymore.   Once we're into March, apparently, a simple hat is sufficient - no matter how cold it gets.  That'll show this pesky season a thing or two!
