Homeward bound

Counting down to departure. I thought I'd post this early so as not to miss a day's blog while we're in transit.

The children are off the walls with excitement now - so fasten your seatbelts, it's gonna be a bumpy ride. I'm pretty excited too, to be honest, though not about the red-eye flight.

So - what do we expect on our return? Will Britain seem radically different? Probably not. Will we seem different? Probably not either. We haven't been gone that long, after all, though sometimes it seems that way.
