There was new snow for the Man to shovel off the drive this morning. The temperature has been above freezing all day, however, so much of it has melted already.
It was Martin Luther King day - no school. The Girl spent it with friends, playing, skating and birthday partying. The Boy and I hung out together at home, with a brief visit from one of his friends. I got on with yet more crafty projects.
Tonight we finished watching Little Women, which we'd started last night. Unfortunately in the last half hour of the movie there's a lot of "soppy kissing" which some in the family considered "disgusting" - so much so that they had to hide under a blanket. What is it with children that makes them so Puritan?
