Last of the Snowhicans?

The gloves were off today.  Not in the sense of a no-holds-barred fight - just, it's been really warm so I didn't need to wear gloves.

Nearly 60F!  Positively spring-like!  Though the landscape is still icey-white, people were wandering around in T-shirts.  And the neighbourhood has been alive with the sound of snowmelt - gurgling along gutters and gushing down downspouts.  Roads and driveways are slowly widening as the receding snowbanks turn themselves into streams and burble into the stormdrains.

A car parked on a neighbour's drive for the last two or three months has re-emerged from its snow blanket...
