Tradin' Palin

The Man writes...I spent the day moving the Young Man around between various appointments. He was disappointed to find Four Corners Luncheonette did not have their traditional stall at the Delmar Farmers Market, so we rapidly moved on to the real place for Home Fries and toasted sandwich.

We also stopped to buy sunglasses and couldn't resist picking up Pokemon Trading Cards (for old time's sake) and another type of trading card for its "I don't believe it!" value:

In our pack of Decision 2016 ("Politics is the New Sports", "Collect all 110 Base Cards")  we were "lucky" enough to find "Influencers" Sarah Palin and Barack Obama, Dr Ben Carson, and "Spouse" Jeanette Rubio.

The day finished with a sublime barbecue. The other guests were young people who had just flown in from Mongolia and Zambia, whose work and achievements for those in need were inspiring and humbling.
