She's making very good use of old and new technologies - hand-drawing, inking and colouring the storyboard, but then scanning the pages and adding in photos and maps. I've been very impressed by her skills and her diligence today. After all this effort, I just hope her teacher is too!

Graphic challenge
The Girl has been hard at work all day on a major school project, for Social Studies. She's not quite in the "essay crisis" zone (she still has a couple of days before the hand-in date) but it's an ambitious undertaking - a graphic history of the Fugitive Slave Acts - so it's likely to take all the spare hours she still has available.
