After such a late night for all of us we were happy to have a not too taxing day today - except when it came to filling out my online UK Inland Revenue Self-Assessment form (why do I need to fill one out? Why indeed? But I do). Tell me, how am I meant to "correct" my postcode - in order to be allowed to submit the form - if they won't even let me put anything in that box? Hrrnggh.
Anyway.
It was surprisingly mild out, many degrees above freezing. Alas, the Girl's Harry Potter snowman, made yesterday, lost his head completely. Here he is in happier times:
The kids were too tired to get out of pyjamas, never mind be dragged to Five Rivers, so the Man and I enjoyed a quick scamper round by ourselves.
