Snow on snow

Well, it did snow.  It started in the small hours and fell steadily most of the day.  The children were off school - yippee - and the Man worked at home until early afternoon when he headed out to the office because it looked like the weather was beginning to clear.  But he didn't stay there long because the snow started up again soon after he arrived.

It's hard to say exactly how much new stuff we have as it was falling on the remains of the last lot, but we reckon upwards of a foot by the time it stopped.
