I learnt today that it is the 25th anniversary of my favourite film, Local Hero, which critic Mark Kermode rightly describes here as being 'genuinely timeless'. I've seen it many times. If you haven't yet you really should.
Would anyone else like to make a movie recommendation?
It's got to be Cinema Paradiso, however, that clip of the man is going to be a firm favourite in our house....
