Our mailbox gets filled with unsolicited catalogues each day, now the countdown to Christmas has begun. So many tempting gift possibilities to choose from: a rechargeable electric wine opener (removes up to 80 corks with one full charge); a marshmallow-firing machine gun; a motion-activated liquid soap dispenser; the 'Mangroomer' do-it-yourself electric back hair shaver; a 40" 3D illuminated angel for the front yard - with animated wing motion.
I wonder if sales in these and many (many, many) other must-have items will suffer in these tougher economic times? You've gotta hope so, really, haven't you.
