Bright shiny show-day

The Boy had is last day of diving lessons, and it was "Show-Off" day.  Parents stood by to watch and applaud as the kids performed the dives they have been practising.  The Boy, often quite a show off, was a little reluctant in this case. However, he did what he had to do (and looked pretty good doing it).

The Girl was away all day at her sleepover venue.  The rest of us went out for a slap-up lunch at the shiny diner.  Because it has been very hot and sultry, the pool has had some good use, too.
