There's not a whole lot to say about vacuuming the car, sweeping out the garage, changing bedsheets and sundry other household tasks. Not exactly fun, but on the other hand quite satisfying.
For fun and satisfying: lunch with my daughter (off school for Columbus Day). We chose the newly refurbished Blue Spice in Delmar. The Girl had chicken in peanut sauce, and I really enjoyed salmon salad with ginger dressing. The Boy eschewed the opportunity to come and try Thai food (as if!) and elected to spend his lunchtime at the public library.
