A quick post tonight. We've been watching the vice-presidential debate, and I have to admit the candidates lost me to zzzz in the last five minutes (even though it was altogether a much more invigorating show than last week's presidential effort). Mum and Dad, quite reasonably given their jet-lag, gave in to sleep much earlier.
The debate of course covered a whole range of serious topics, but it looks like the word of the night that everyone will be talking about tomorrow was Biden's "malarkey".
