Dolled up for winter

Meet Eliza. She was sewn together (by the Girl) a week or more ago, then was left sitting around bald and naked. Tonight we added her hair and got her dressed - in borrowed clothes for the moment, hence the air of rummage sale chic. She's well wrapped up because we're into another cold spell, with even a slight chance of some snow tomorrow.
