It has been hot and humid again, despite loud torrential rain in the middle of the night - really it was like someone had unzipped the sky and all the water fell out at once...
...which was not dissimilar to our experience this evening, fixing the water supply to the drink-dispensing fridge. It hasn't dispensed for a while, so we've been eliminating various possible causes. Tonight, down in the basement, the Man discovered a blockage where the supply line connects to the pipe, so he unblocked it - with damply hilarious consequences (even though he'd turned the water off at the mains). However, he soon fixed everything again, all is well, and cold water is flowing only where it should.
