Yo, snow

There has been talk for a few days of a winter storm for our area - the first real one of the season, so it's had a big build up.  It has indeed been snowing (lightly) all day, and is set to get heavy overnight.  We'll know once it ends tomorrow if it's a 6 or a 12-incher.

Today the snow hasn't stopped us doing things we wanted to do, such as getting the Girl to a dance class and getting ourselves to the Farmers' Market for minor shopping and lots of chatting.  The Boy's buddy has been round, and the Man managed to drive his daughter to an out-of-town sleepover before the roads started getting really bad.

9:00PM.  The Man and I just had a little trudge around the block to check out the latest conditions. Yep, there's definitely some snow out there...
