Falls rushin'

The Man writes...blue skies and relative warmth had us heading up to Cohoes to view the falls, although sadly only from their distant winter viewpoint.

From there we crossed the Hudson to enjoy the lively Troy Farmers Market. We also took in some book shops and coffee at Spill'n' the Beans, which was pleasantly busy.

The afternoon saw trips to Thacher Park and more waterfalls. There was plenty of ice on the escarpment but not much evidence of snow anymore. Today it felt a more like March rather than December, but no doubt Winter will return soon.
