It comes but once a year, but it somehow feels like it's more often

A quiet day for me, a chance to sit back and think...Blimey!  Only three weeks until Christmas!  How did that happen - again?

Is anyone sending actual Christmas cards this year, or has that become a quaint old fashionedy thing?
