Friends rang and invited us to join them at the cinema today, so the kids and I went to see 'Space Chimps'. It was pretty silly. I enjoyed it more than I expected and the Girl seemed to like it, but the Boy spent most of the movie curled up on my lap and peeping at the screen through his fingers.
Not much else to report. It is hot and muggy again, with another thunderstorm tonight. No-one can sleep, or at least everyone who should be asleep by now keeps reappearing with quite annoying regularity... The Boy tells me he's still half on English time - in which case he really should be asleep, as I have just (at 10pm here, 3am in the UK) pointed out to him. Ho hum.
