A loud hammering noise took me out into the backyard this morning and I spotted a hairy woodpecker way up high. That's a strange way to live a life, slamming your face into the side of a tree all day long.
We've had an easy day. A trip to the library, dips in the pool, that kind of thing. No complaints. But it doesn't make for very interesting blog material, so we'd better try and do something more exciting tomorrow.
