We gave ourselves a quieter day today, to balance the extreme busyness of yesterday, though we did venture out to a mini-golf and go-kart place near Albany Airport.
The Boy and his Buddy buzzed around on the go-kart course, then played a round of miniature golf, while the Girl and I checked out the menu in the Control Tower cafe. The Man meanwhile gave himself a sort of a taste of one of America's best-loved sports - by standing in a batting cage, having baseballs pelted at him from a machine, some of which he hit back.
Hard hat for baseball but no skid lid for race cart!
