It was a good sort of morning for a walk at Five Rivers, especially in the company of Exile #2. We exchanged notes on our how are 6th Graders have been settling in this week at their new school - pretty well, it turns out, in both cases.
Not such a good afternoon for putting up Five Rivers Fall Festival posters around town, as by then it was tipping with rain. Ah well. Instead I got crafty at home with paper and scissors, making a sign for a publicity effort tomorrow (all will be revealed). Since that's what (genuinely) passes for fun in my world, I'd have to call it a good day all round.
