Transport, translate, transform

The Albaniana cab service has had another busy day out on the roads of the Capital District, ferrying children hither and yon - to farms and friends' houses and ice-rinks and so on.

I was also called into Albany to help one of my friends from Burma with some form-filling.  DSS had for some reason (their foreign-sounding name, perhaps?) sent them the forms all in Spanish.  Sigh.  A little running around and sorting out was required.

The Boy is quite settling in to "his" newly-adopted three season bedroom. Today he started putting up framed pictures (his own art work).  The rest of us are kicking ourselves for not nabbing the room for ourselves before him - it's by far the airiest and most comfortable place in the house to spend the night at this hot-and-sticky time of year.
