Pool party
Yesterday the Boy was invited on a day-trip to Lake Placid with his buddy's family. It sounds like they had a high old time, eating ice-cream, lake-swimming, building sand-temples etc. And they had quite an adventure when a mini-tornado briefly swept along the beach, picking up someone's lunch and hurling it about as it went.

As the temperature hit 92F, there was no nicer place to be than the pool, and we were glad to share it with company.
