We have spent a happy, splashy day at Zoom Flume. The weather was perfect and we expected the place to be packed, but in fact it was just comfortably busy (a comparable attraction in Britain would have been heaving, I'm sure). We arrived soon after the place opened, and we left when they kicked everyone out nine hours later. By then the Girl had shot out of the end of this pipe (the Mighty Anaconda) about thirty times.Everyone's tired out now.
We met up with friends there which made it all the more fun. One of them works for Consumer Reports (the US equivalent of Which?). We didn't talk about her job, but it did inspire tonight's title.
