I had to take the kids to the doctor's for their physicals today, a requirement for enrolling at their new school. They both passed with flying colours, and a lot of giggling because that stethoscope tickles.
I had to act as taxi driver for various members of the family later in the day. The children's social lives are getting busy again - invitations to play are pouring in thick and fast, which is great. Today it was the Boy's turn for a playdate, with a kid in his class who looks - disconcertingly - exactly like his best buddy from his previous school.
Other than that, I've been cutting up old newspapers and cereal boxes. Tomorrow I'll be sorting through foil yoghurt tops and inspecting potatoes. Why? All will be revealed in due course...
