Our last full day in the UK. My brother and family came over from Oxford, and the Man's parents came from Reading, and we twelve crowded round my parents' table for lunch and later tea. Lots of chat for the adults, while the kids set each other treasure hunts which involved multiple journeys up and down the staircases of my parents' tall house - who needs a running machine?
Tonight we are packing and tomorrow morning we'll be heading out to the airport and back to the States...wondering if England will seem as unreal to us when we're there as America feels to us when we're here.
