Here in Linton it has been a day of friends and coffee and country walks and more friends and more coffee and chickens and friends and Guinness and friends and...well, you get the idea. A little exhausting, but lovely.
Tonight's blogpost is dedicated to my Auntie Pat, who until her recent illness was a regular reader of this blog. She died yesterday. Her zest for life, positive spirit and unfailing kindness and generosity will be so much missed by all her family, and countless friends. There's more love in the world because she was in it - and there is no better legacy a person can leave than that.
