Jeepers sleepers?

Today the children and I met up with one of the Girl's classmates at a place called Jeepers. It's an indoor emporium of rides and game machines (points mean coupons!), noise, surly staff and luridly colourful refreshments. My idea of hell, to be honest, but the kids loved it and we were there for three hours before they could be persuaded they'd had enough. And then before we could actually leave they spent another half hour agonising over exactly what plastic junk they were going to exchange their hard-won coupons for.

The classmate came home with us, for dinner and a sleepover. She'd traded in her fistful of coupons for a whoopee cushion, which has given them all fun and hilarity like you can't imagine (unless you have children of your own, in which case you can probably imagine only too well).

As I write the three kids are playing a loud game together involving a plastic Noah's Ark in a tsunami situation. Not much evidence of yawning going on. Could be a long night...
