Stationary
I took Mum and Dad to the station this morning - they're off on an adventure by themselves for a few days. The train was late arriving, and even after it pulled in it seemed as if no-one was going to be allowed down onto the platform. Eventually I had to abandon my parents because I needed to get the Boy to a dental appointment, so I don't know the end of the story.
Anyway, where do you think they've gone (assuming they are not still at Albany Station)? Here's a clue.

ReplyDeleteI was going to say Black Eyes, South Dakota. Except there's only one black eye - or is it that Halloween make up?
ReplyDeleteMe again. Just went back to that website where I found that there was a place called Black Eyes in the US (placenames.com), and put in Big Nose for a laugh in the search box. Turns out there's a Big Nose Creek, Big Nose Island, and a cliff called Big Nose.
