We got snow
Snow again. Yup.
Even though it was snowing fairly steadily by the time we got up, the kids still had to go to school - knowing that they'd be dismissed early and be home by lunchtime. This is because the school district has already used up its one precious snow day. If it takes any more, everyone will have to do a make-up day later in the year. Tomorrow may be a delayed start (we're expecting yet more snow, starting in the small hours) but almost certainly not a whole day off.
I'm about done with snow now, really. Just as I'm sure friends and family back in England must be done with rain - I hope no-one reading this has actually been flooded?

ReplyDeleteWhen you get snow you get a lot! Not appropriate for Valentines Day We should have signs of Spring by now Luckily we are quite high up so no flooding but utter chaos nearby with road and bridge closures and confused reports on the radio and misleading matrix signs on the motorway
