Somehow back in April the Girl's birthday went by without her having any kind of party. This weekend she's rectifying that. I took her and three friends out for Japanese lunch today, then they all came home to swim and hang out. Now they are upstairs watching a movie, and at some point they'll supposedly get ready for bed but most likely will stay up all night (why, oh why?).
In other news, we've been staining the well-swabbed and nicely dried out deck.
