The Man writes...a box of "nostalgic favourites" candy turned up in the break room at work today. This included candy cigarettes:

I certainly remember these from the 70s, without any particularly warm feelings, but had vaguely thought that they were not made any more. It turns out, according to Wikipedia, that they are only actually banned in Finland, Norway, Ireland, Turkey, Saudi Arabia - and Nunavut territory.
